3. Include the return authorisation number with your returned item so your return can be processed as soon as possible. Any free promotional items must be included in the return.
The item cannot be opened, used, worn or damaged, and should be in a 100% re-saleable condition (ready to be put back on the shelf) when we receive the item.
You cannot stick or write anything on the item or its packaging. You can only write or place postage stickers on outer postage packaging.
We recommend that you use registered post for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items should they be lost in transit.
Once the refund is approved, we will transfer the fund via the same payment method with which you paid your order.

When contacting us that something is amiss, photos or videos showing the issue will speed up the process.
Once we have agreed to your request we will give you return instructions to help you return the item, and we’ll pay for the return shipping costs.
